I created a new 14-page style guide for GSF to help their writers produce clearer, more consistent communications aligned with the organisation’s goals. As part of the process, I ran an online workshop with senior management to define and shape the brand identity before writing and presenting the final guide. The result is a comprehensive reference that now underpins all GSF communications.

Although the brief combined two messages — low rates and exceptional service — I turned this into a creative advantage. The campaign led with the line ‘Some things just go well together’, paired with visuals of classic combinations like bacon and eggs or fish and chips. The payoff revealed St.George’s own perfect pairing — ‘service and value’ — highlight
