About transformative coaching
Coaching is a space where you can bring any challenges or struggles you're having (particularly to do with things like mindset, motivation and beliefs) and we'll discuss how it's holding you back, what you'd like to achieve, and possible ways to help you move forward.
When is coaching useful?
People often find coaching really helpful when they're stuck in a rut, struggling in a job/relationship, feel a bit directionless, overwhelmed or frustrated, or are plagued by a belief they're not good enough, or like something is ‘missing’.

And it's just as valuable when people are already doing well, but want to take certain aspects of their life to the next level.
How does coaching differ from therapy?
Coaching's not like therapy – in that it focuses more on the future than the past. It’s also largely non-advisory. Instead, I'm here to listen, be curious, ask questions, help you to see your situation from a different perspective – as well as offer practical tools and techniques to support change and growth.
A good coach will nurture your untapped potential, while moving you to higher levels of responsibility and accountability – sometimes beyond your comfort zone – to help you reach your goals.
My role as a coach
As a coach, I’m trained to listen, observe, and help you to explore and understand the barriers that keep you from living the life you want. I’ll also help you to identify and eliminate those pesky ‘blind spots’ – the places where we might see things from a distorted or unhealthy perspective – and suggest improvements to take you beyond them.

An end to feeling 'stuck'
